ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed after 3 PM EST process next business day.
Weekend or holiday orders ship the next business day.
During high-volume seasons (Black Friday, launches, restocks), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

PO BOX/APO/FPO shipments must use DHL Standard or USPS if applicable
Customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival
Once shipped, Real Wear US is not responsible for customs holds or international delays
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import fees, VAT, and customs duties.
These are not included in product or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
Real Wear US is not responsible for packages held by customs.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
Please provide a shipping address where someone is available Monday–Friday to receive your package.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the address entered at checkout is correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping charges for reshipment will apply.
LOST, STOLEN & DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been scanned and accepted by the courier, Real Wear US is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or mis-delivered packages caused by carriers.
If this occurs:
We recommend selecting Express or insured shipping for high-value orders.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have entered fulfillment processing.

PRE-ORDERS OR RESTOCK RELEASES
If an item is marked as Pre-Order:
Your order will ship once all items are in stock
Orders containing pre-order items ship together unless separate shipping is purchased
