Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your Real Wear US purchase. However, if for any reason you need to make a return, we've got you covered with a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return — no questions asked.

Please note that sale items, shapewear, swimwear and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Option

We want to offer flexibility and a smooth experience. While we do provide store credit in the form of a Real Wear US E-Gift Card, we also offer refunds to your original payment method if preferred.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
(Processing time by your bank/credit card may vary.)

How to Start a Return

You can initiate your return directly from your account on our website, or by contacting us at info@realwearus.com.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

For exchanges, simply return your item and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Customers

Orders shipped to the EU include a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you may return your order for any reason. Items must meet the same new/unused condition requirements stated above.
